Accountability and transparency

As the global people platform for the modern workforce, Dayforce is proud to be a recognized thought leader in today's fluid and borderless world of work. While we relentlessly innovate the solutions that enable organizations to change and adapt, we never lose sight of our values. We strive to hold ourselves accountable to our stakeholders and our communities in all we do, and we approach every task with accountability and transparency.

  • 99.99%

    uptime for Dayforce by 2025

Our success as a business requires the highest levels of performance and reliability of our products. It’s a standard that our customers expect and deserve, and we’re committing to pushing Dayforce’s uptime even higher—from 99.96% in 2022, to achieving our goal of 99.99% by 2025.

  • 0

material data breaches annually through 2025

Nothing is more important to us than the protection of our customers’ data, and 2022 was a year of strong performance by our data security team. We’ve made great strides to keep this trend on track for the future, and we’re proud to report zero material data breaches last year.

  • 50/50

gender parity in senior management roles by 2028

Dayforce values diversity and aims to foster a culture that respects and celebrates everyone. Currently, 38% of senior management roles are held by women, but we’re aiming for at least 50% by 2028.

  • 50%

increase for underrepresented minorities (URM) in management roles in the U.S. by 2028

Like many organizations, we recognize that more needs to be done, and we are committed to learning more and doing better. Our 2022 underrepresented minority (URM) representation in management roles was about 11.8%, and we are aiming for at least 17.7% by 2028.

  • +40

employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through 2025

At Dayforce, we truly care about our employees’ feelings toward the company. They’re the heart of our business and the reason for our current success. We scored a +37 eNPS last year. This score may be just a number, but we see it come to life in employee loyalty, engagement, and enthusiasm — and we are confident our score will once again surpass 40 in 2023.

  • 15%

of Dayforce customers using DEI Intelligence by 2026

Uncovering bias and ensuring objectivity is an impactful use of intelligence insights. Dayforce DEI Intelligence is designed to help organizations better understand where to focus their efforts in solving the DEI challenge. As this new technology gets deployed, we want at least 15% of our Dayforce customers to start using it within the next three years.

  • 50%

of employees giving and volunteering by 2025

With a focus on “giving where we’re living,” our people actively seek to improve the lives of others in their communities and beyond. Nearly 1,000 more employees participated in our giving and volunteering programs in 2022 than the year before. In total, 34% of our workforce joined these activities in 2022, and we intend to grow it to 50% over the next three years.

  • 42%

reduction of Scope 1 and 2 emissions from Dayforce operations by 2030

Measuring and reducing our greenhouse gas emissions is critical to the protection of our planet. In 2022, we expanded this goal to include our entire global operations, and through greater operational efficiencies and securing 100% renewable electricity through Energy Attribute Certificates (EACs), we are far exceeding our goal.
